Condo Hotel Rental Service, LLC, (CHRS), is a licensed and bonded agent of travel in the state of Nevada (Registration No. 2007-0154). Such a license is necessary to offer and procure travel accommodations in our state. As a licensed travel agent, we are governed by, and strictly adhere to, the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 598. A copy of this statute can be found on our website.

Two of the founding members of Condo Hotel Rental Service, LLC, (CHRS), have been in Las Vegas since 1981 and 1999, and are in the real estate industry as a Broker/Salesman, and the mortgage industry as an Owner/Broker. Along with a complete knowledge of Las Vegas, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market, these two members also have an intimate and professional experience with all aspects of condo hotels (owner of two condo hotel units at the MGM Signature). Seeing and experiencing what was lacking in the Condo Hotel market, CHRS was created to fill a niche.

That niche is the marketing and managing for individual owners of the ever expanding Condo Hotel Industry. We are aware of and understand the shortfalls individual owners are experiencing when they place their units into “rental pools”, and have structured the business model for CHRS with “your investment in mind”. That business model, because of the low fees that are charged, translates into more money in the owners’ pockets consistently each month, while providing the consumer the ultimate hotel room, and Las Vegas experience, at better than competitive rates.

With the individual marketing of each unit complete with details and photos, the owners receive the exposure they need, and the consumer is allowed to select the exact unit they desire, based upon price, location, views, and size.

We have combined our aggressive internet based marketing program, our far reaching relationships within the Las Vegas business community, and a large data base of thousands of conventioneers coming to town each month, to provide maximum exposure for these beautiful Condo Hotel units.
